How do I track my order?

All orders are listed under Orders in your account.

Statuses

• Pending: payment not yet confirmed.
• Processing: payment received, service being set up.
• Completed: delivered to your account.
• Cancelled.

Bank transfer

Pay to the bank account shown at checkout and put your order number in the description. The order is confirmed once the payment reaches our account.

Invoices

Find and print invoices under Account → Invoices. Update billing details before ordering.
